This place is great. I love the chicken strips, but most importantly, I continuously go here because of the customer service. Everyone here is so sweet, professional and welcoming. I wish their employees could be duplicated , and sent to all restaurant establishments. They can get to be expensive, but for the service they provide, it is well worth it.

My son and I visited on a Thursday evening close to 7. No fewer than 4 black-attired cashiers ready and willing to take our order. Settled on one (because really, who wants to spread their order across 4 cashiers? Not this gentleman!) - getting our usual 12-puce nuggets with waffle fries & drinks. I see grilled nuggets are now offered - first I've seen of it. But I was so fixated on my usual order that the grilled nuggets will await me another time. Chick-Fil-A courteously gives you your order how you want it. Just now my son ordered a cookies & cream shake - no cherry, because that's how he rolls - and that's how they made it. Been here before, I'll be here again. You Yelpers take care.

I am extremely disappointed about my experience at this location. The night crew consists of loud, immature teenagers that seemingly take pleasure at yelling at patrons when they enter the door. The fact that they are not aware of the actual menu items puts them on par with a McDonalds. If you don't specify the combo order number then they are incapable of entering your order. Unfortunately this behavior is supported and encouraged by the manager on duty. And these are not the most disturbing of events. This manager verbally abused the Hispanic woman working in the kitchen in front of these young workers and patrons by constantly yelling at her to hurry and mocking her by counting to her in Spanish. The final straw was her yelling to a patron if she wanted some extra sauce on her ass. Although this newly sauced ass person appeared to be a friend, this behavior-and language-in front of my daughter are all unacceptable. All so unacceptable that a call will be placed to the corporate office. This location seems to have missed the christian company memo.

Ate here for lunch today (9/3/14). Went through the drive thru, which I do not normally do. The order process went pretty smoothly. Got to the window and received my drink which I was pretty excited was correct. Got my food and drove off, starting to unpack my food to begin eating and the Chicken was cold. :( the fries were warm, nothing to boast about. Very disappointed. Didn't have time to go back and have it corrected because I only had so long before I had to be back at my office.

This is probably the most well run fast food place I've ever been too. I've been there 3 times traveling thru BR and it's been crowded every time, but they take your order quickly and get the food out very efficiently. Even the manager was cleaning tables. Food is good as well. If you are traveling thru BR, this is a great place for a quick meal.

Five Stars? Whet...... Yes, and here's why: 1. Fast Service 2. Friendly Service 3. Accurate Service This place is the best of the best in its category. Some fine dining establishments should tear a page from their book. I've never had to ask for napkins, sauce, or any items that should naturally accompany your combo meal. I like the healthy choices on the menu. If you've never tried their signature chicken sandwich and waffle fries I highly recommend you do. You can switch sides on your combo, I like the soup instead of fries. They also have some yummy lemonade, which makes for a pretty good half & half. They hire the best of the best , and it shows! I'm one happy customer.

Absolutely love their breakfast. Those chicken minis and hot buttered biscuits are perfect. What's even better - their friendliness and efficiency. My order is always right and although the line is typically long- they are fast and efficient.

I had honestly never eaten at chick-fil-a before a couple weeks ago. They're just too damn expensive. Fried chicken is and always has been a poor man's food, theres no reason I should pay this much for it. But a friend wanted to buy me lunch, it was in the parking lot and he swore buy it. So I agreed, and I must say... I guess I'm glad I did. Their fried chicken is GOOD. I got the strips, I'm not much on chicken sandwiches. Bread is what I like to call a flavor-sponge. The chicken was standard, but whatever seasonings they put in their breading is what made it really good. It wasn't spicy per se, but there was an overall flavor that was enjoyable to it. Also: waffle fries. I miss waffle fries. Sure, they taste just like regular fries, but something about the shape makes them more enjoyable to eat. However, I still probably won't be going back. At least not very often. For the price of a meal at chick-fil-a, I can get a decent meal at a restaurant that isn't fast food. I understand that the appeal of fast food is supposed to be that it is fast, not that the food is supposed to be top notch. That appeal is lost on me, however, as I am a take it easy kinda guy who is never in a rush. So if they dropped the price to an appropriate range, sure I'd go back. Maybe you people with fatter wallets can truly appreciate this place. Oh, it also blows cane's out of the fucking water, no challenge. But then again, crusty dog turds would blow cane's out of the water. Also, apparently they aren't open on sunday, so points off for that.
